I have experience with all major loan types, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, and equity lines, allowing me to step into any file with confidence and precision.

In addition to loan processing, I assist mortgage professionals with compliance-related tasks, including quarterly and annual call reports and maintaining organization for NMLS and state regulatory requirements.
